| Terms and Conditions Online Return Terms TOYS In the unlikely event that you find a piece missing or faulty from you Lego, Playmobil or Megabloks purchase, we will instruct the relevant manufacturer to send out the piece to you. You may return items purchased through the Toy shelf website providing: 1. You MUST inform us within 7 working days of Signing for item, either by phone, answer machine or email 2. The item/s are unopened and security tags / seals have not been removed, or tampered with on various items. 3. Customer pays for the return of the item/s, unless faulty 4. Items MUST be returned within 14 calender days 5. Any items purchased through the website which you are returning, must be returned via POST ONLY. NOTE: When the customer is returning an item, it is recommended that the customer sends an item back recorded delivery, as any item returned, Toys Fancy Dress will not be liable for any loss or damaged items returned. STICKERS Any item, which has been made to order, such as our personalised stickers, flower stickers, customised sun strips, cannot be returned once purchased as these are bespoke products which are specifically made and personalised to the buyers instructions. FANCY DRESS If you are unhappy with the item/s you have purchased, you may return as long as: 1. You MUST inform us within 7 working days of signing for item/s. either by phone, answer machine or email 2. the security tags / seals have not been removed or tampered with. 3. You MUST back within 14 calender days 4. you send back via POST ONLY in the original packaging at your own cost, with proof of posting. In receipt of the item/s and all of the above 4 points have been followed, we will gladly refund the amount of the items as long as they are unused and in a re-saleable condition. Should an item be returned and received after 14 calender days, we will have no obligation to refund. If you wish the item resent to you, we will ask for a postage fee to cover additional postage costs. 7 working days from receipt of delivery" shall be defined as the date from when your shipment is received and signed for, being the date of signature that the package is received. Any items purchased through the website which you are returning, must be returned via POST ONLY. In the event of the item/s are returned to us damaged, or have been lost in transit to us, no refund will be given. That is why we suggest that you send it recorded Delivery, thay way you can claim from Royal Mail if item is lost. If for any reason a parcel is returned back to us due to a non delivery, i.e. customer not present at address to accept and sign for parcel, item refused by recipient, address in accurate etc.. The postage cost will not be refunded for this. NON RETURNABLE ITEMS Please note that if you purchase facial accessories, wigs, tights, teeth, earrings or face masks, a refund is not available due to health & safety and hygiene reasons, this does not effect your statutory rights. PRICING Prices are subject to change on a daily basis. AVAILABILITY Occasionally goods you order may be out of stock or unavailable for some reason. No legally binding agreement for the sale of any item exists until we accept your order by despatching the toys to you. If we cannot deliver any part of your order, we will not charge your card until we have informed you via email or telephone and give you the option to cancel any or all of your order. CARD PAYMENTS Please Note, that we can only send out items to the card holders address. An item can be sent to an alternative address, providing the cardholder has confirmed the address with their card company. If this has been carried out, we can send out the items. .. In the event that the buyer tries to purchase an item and gives an incorrect cardholders address or security details, the card control agency STREAMLINE will freeze the funds in-case of fraudulent activity.
